Subject: Data Deletion Request Content: Please specify the email address associated with your account and indicate that you are requesting deletion of your account. Your request will be processed within 7 business days following identity verification.
Which data is not deleted immediately
Some data may not be deleted immediately due to technical requirements or legal obligations:
- Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reports are anonymous and do not contain personal data. These may be stored on Firebase systems for up to 90 days but cannot be associated with you.
- Legal Obligations: If you made an in-app purchase, financial transaction records (invoices, etc.) must be stored for the legally required retention period (e.g., 10 years). However, these data are not used for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Data
When your account is deleted, your data link (Ad ID association) with advertising providers such as Google AdMob is removed on our side. However, anonymous records stored by third-party services are subject to their own privacy policies.
If you need additional help
If you believe that additional data (e.g., crash logs associated with your device or data stored by third-party services) needs to be removed, or if you need confirmation that your local data has been deleted, you may contact us at:

What we do after receiving a deletion request
If there is any server-side or third-party data (e.g., Crashlytics logs) associated with your device that is within our control, we will review it according to applicable laws and our agreements with third-party providers, and where appropriate, request deletion or apply anonymization procedures. Please note that our authority to delete data held by third parties (such as Google) may be limited, and in such cases, we will provide guidance or steps the user can take.
Retention and Exceptions
Unless otherwise specified, local app data is deleted when the application is removed. Certain analytics or crash data stored by third-party providers may be retained according to their retention policies; see our Clarification Text and Privacy Policy for details.
